How can I pay?

For payment in our online store, you can choose from the payment methods listed. Please note that not all methods of payment are available for orders in some countries and for particular products. The payment methods available for your specific order are shown during the order process.

Payment via PayPal

How can I get my money refunded after the return?

In the event of a return, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible. Refunds are made by the same payment method that you have used for payment. The only exception is the payment on delivery. If you paid for your order on delivery, we will transfer the money back to you. In this case you should let us know your bank details.
You can ensure a smooth and fast refund with the product purchased send them back to us along with the return form. The processing time can take up to 3 weeks after receiving the package.
